What are your products made from?

All my products are made from naturally derived sources, including emulsifiers and preservatives which will be detailed on each listing. All ingredients and final products are free from toxins, palm oil, sulfates (including SLS) and phthalates, they’re also all cruelty-free and vegan. I also try my best to offer plastic-free and zero waste.

What size are your products?

The volume will be in the description, usually in the initial paragraph but if you are unsure please message me and I will be happy to help.

Do you offer gift packaging or personalisation?

Yes, I offer personalisation on most of my items, please see each listing for more information. I also offer a gift-wrapping service for a small charge that is 100% recyclable using biodegradable wrapping paper, twisted paper string and non-toxic paper tape.

Do you have care instructions?

Yes, these will be included with every purchase and can be seen in the description of each product. Most of my products are created with pure essential oils and although they have natural preservatives, if you would like them to last as long as possible, I would suggest that you leave them in a cool dark area or even the fridge if you desire.

Allergies or allergic reactions

Some people with sensitive skin or who suffer from allergies or intolerances may have a reaction to certain essential oils. I am working on developing a tester pack that allows you to patch test beforehand but I offer mini sample sizes on most of my products so you can try them without having to spend a lot of money. If you would like to sample something specific please message me. If you have an allergic reaction, please stop using it immediately. I always recommend that you consult your doctor or therapist before you use any new product from any company if you have previously suffered from allergic reactions.

Can children use your products?

I follow the recommendations under EU law for essential oil and fragrance usage levels deeming them safe, however, my products have not been created specifically for children so I would advise that you use them at your own discretion. I offer sample/mini sizes so that you can test them without having to spend a lot of money.

Do you include pricing on the package?

No, my products are ready for gift-giving, however, if a customs form is required, we legally have to enter the price there.

How long does it take to ship my order?

I endeavour to ship your order with 1-3 working days unless you have requested a custom product which we will have discussed previously. During busy occasions such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, I may require additional days however this will be in the announcement section.

What are your last Christmas delivery dates?

I recommend that you place your order on or before the following dates but please understand that once I have handed packages over to Royal Mail, the time that it takes to get to you is out of my hands. There are already delays with shipping so please try to order as soon as you can: UK: 13th DECEMBER USA: 1st DECEMBER EUROPE: 6th DECEMBER REST OF WORLD: 26th NOVEMBER I will ship 1-3 days after these dates which are Royal Mail’s deadlines for Christmas delivery but please note that we cannot guarantee this as it is dependent on whether Royal Mail delivers as promised.

Are your ingredients organic?

I source my ingredients from companies around the world that have high ethical standards and offer the purest ingredients and most of them are organic. Originally I wanted to offer organic-only however organic often means that they have a natural 'smell'. For example, organic shea butter has a very strong nutty scent that many people don't like and it smells strange when blended with fragrances. I also found that non-organic doesn't mean that it doesn't contain the natural vitamins and minerals. I would also have to charge a lot more if I was to offer fully organic products.

There’s nothing worse than sore, cracked, chapped lips, especially when the weather is cold! I found it really difficult to find a vegan and cruelty-free lip balm- they all contain beeswax or lanolin. The vegan lip balms I did buy were really solid and it was difficult to get a good amount onto my lips. So, I decided to create one and my customers love it! It is just as good as any non-vegan lip balms out there.

Shea butter, Hempseed oil and Castor oil all contain high concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins. These vitamins and fatty acids help to seal in moisture, keeping the skin hydrated and preventing dry lips.

(I don't use coconut oil in this lip butter as it can be very irritating and drying)

Please store this lip butter in a cool, dry place. Please note that due to the consistency of this product, it may melt at high temperatures.
