Description

An amazingly gorgeous vase—with a slanted top, adorned with roped bands and bottom swirls, this little treasure is a true solid find!

Would make a stunning centerpiece, used in a garden or patio or to welcome a new home along with a flower bouquet!

A little history—
The E.O.Brody Company was founded in 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio, by Ernest Oscar Brody. Mr Brody was known as EO in the florists' trade. His innovative idea was to sell utility glass floral containers exclusively to florists and to market them through wholesale florists who in turn would sell to retail florists. Initially he started the company with only four flower vases/containers in his portfolio. These were made by US glass manufacturers using EO's own molds marked with the company name.

And here is one of his treasures—in pristine vintage condition!

Would be a perfect addition to a milk class collection, would be a delightful addition to any home—shabby chic style!

A sturdy and structurally sound piece--bottom oval base measures 5 ½” by 4” slanting up to 6 ½” by 4” and stands 8 ½” tall and weights just over 3 pounds. Bottom has the well respected stamping of E.O., Brody, MJ-45 and J-2538 Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.

We do our best to provide an accurate and adequate description along with photos for additional details; if additional information is needed, let us know.

Shipping is automatically calculated for lowest price point. You will also be able to see available options at check out at which point you can decide which method works best for you! Options range from USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 1 – 3 business days within the United States, First Class or Parcel Select which may take up to 9 days while international shipping times varies.

Thank you for visiting our shop— each found treasure has a story and we hope to share some of these great yesteryears with you through our shop.

We are very conscientious of paper waste and acknowledge that shipping boxes, fillers, and paper adds to our waist piles and we are also very diligent to do our best in creating a more healthy environment.

With the mindset of sending off less to the landfills, being resourceful and eco-friendly, we often use recycled paper and shipping boxes that have been previously used, but still in good condition so that your treasured items arrive safely.

You will see boxes and envelopes reused or find your receipts printed on math notes, problem sets or presentations. Feel free to try some of them if you'd like!

We encourage you to do the same--so if you can reuse shipping material, that's great!
