· Avoid Heat: Do not place hot cookware or items directly on the tablecloth.
· Spot Clean Only: Gently wipe with a soft cloth or sponge. Do not scrub harshly.
· Do Not Hand Wash: Avoid rubbing or soaking the fabric.
· No Machine Wash: Machine washing may damage the coating.
· No Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or strong cleaning agents.
· Iron Out Creases: Transport creases can be removed with medium-low heat ironing. Iron on the reverse side or place a thin cloth between the iron and the tablecloth.
· Store Properly: No outdoor textile withstands long-term UV exposure—store promptly after use to prevent fading, folding gently and keeping in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

- Special custom sizes or embroidered orders: 10–20 days production time.

We maintain production studios in both California and China to accommodate order specifics and regional service needs. Your order will ship from the location best suited to fulfill it efficiently, with all details clearly reflected in tracking once processed.
