How long will it take to receive my item?

Each item is made to order, which means after you place your order one of my print providers gets to work producing it for you. Production times range from 2-5 days and shipping times vary based on your location. When your item has shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. If you are ever curious and want to know the status of your order, feel free to reach out.

All of our garments undergo DTG (Direct to Garment) printing. This advanced printing technique allows us to create vibrant, detailed, and long-lasting designs that are directly applied to the fabric of the garment. DTG printing is also eco-friendly, using water-based, eco-conscious inks. We prioritize sustainability to create visually appealing products that also respect our environment. Our network of specialized printing partners guarantees high-quality products, with each partner excelling in specific garment types. Due to this method, your order may be fulfilled by multiple partners, leading to separate shipments. We apologize for any confusion.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse or sizing issues, but we want you to be satisfied with your order! If you encounter any printing defects or issues with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and are always willing to work with you to make things right! We value your feedback and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues before you leave a review. Thank you for your understanding and support!

This shop utilizes print on demand for sustainability purposes, meaning the item is made to order and is produced only when an order is received. We believe fashion should be as ethical as it is expressive. That’s why we embrace print on demand, a sustainable production method that reduces waste and ensures each piece is made just for you. Unlike traditional fast fashion, which mass-produces clothing that often ends up in landfills, our approach eliminates overproduction and minimizes our environmental footprint. Every item is crafted only when you order it, meaning no excess inventory, no wasted materials, and a more responsible way to create the styles you love.

Review update: Seller offered immediate refund. Excellent communication and very impressed with his offer to rectify my disappointment. Shipping carrier is to blame for delay, not Seller. Do not refrain from purchasing from this company because of my unfortunate experience (original review: Ordered this item on the 8th and didn't receive until the 20th. Very disappointed with ship time. For the cost of shipping, should have been received within 3-4 days. Received the item after it was needed, so wasn't able to use it. For the price of the item plus the shipping cost, I think it was too expensive and wouldn't purchase again.)
