Exceeded my expectations! So beautiful and worked beautifully over my mermaid dress for added drama. Tulle was soft and full. I just had to add an eye hook closure on the belt as the snaps I feared might not hold through the day and evening. I would highly recommend this seller. She does beautifully work and communicates with you so you get exactly what you want. Shipped very fast too!
