What size are your journals?

Please check the individual listing for the exact size before ordering, as I make journals in several different formats including A5 and A6.

What paper do you use?

Paper varies depending on the journal, but I choose paper specifically to give the pages a lovely, substantial feel. Full paper details, including paper weight where relevant, can be found in each listing.

Can I personalised my journal?

If personalisation is available, you’ll see a personalisation box or option on the listing. Please double check spelling before ordering, as personalised items are made especially for you.

Can I change the wording or design?

Some designs can be adapted and others cannot. If you would like something slightly different from the options shown, please message me before ordering and I’ll let you know what is possible.

Are your journals handmade?

Many Firelight Pages products are designed, printed, finished or bound by me in my small UK studio. Some products or components may be professionally printed for me. Each listing will explain what you are buying.

Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?

I photograph and display my products as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Can I send an order directly as a gift? Absolutely. You can have your order delivered directly to the recipient. If a gift message is included, I will handwrite the message out on a postcard and include it in the package for you.

I need my order by a particular date, will it arrive in time?

Please check the estimated delivery dates shown by Etsy before ordering. If your order is needed for an important date, I recommend ordering as early as possible. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Custom and personalised orders

Do you take custom orders? I’m always happy to hear ideas, but I can’t guarantee that every custom request will be possible. Please message me before purchasing if you would like something that isn’t offered on the listing.

What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please allow extra time during busy periods and check tracking information where possible. Double check the delivery address and drop me a message if you have any problems.
