### SHIPPING YOUR BOUQUET

Please ship your bouquet using an **overnight shipping service**. While overnight shipping may seem expensive, it is the only way to ensure your flowers arrive as quickly as possible.

Your flowers are still living and need to be placed in water as soon as possible after arrival. Proper packaging is essential to help keep them fresh during transit.

Please follow these shipping instructions:

- Wrap the stems in damp paper towels.
- Place the wrapped stems inside a plastic bag to help retain moisture.
- Use a box large enough to prevent your flowers from being crushed during transit.
- Loosely wrapping your bouquet in bubble wrap can provide additional protection.

### THE PRESERVATION PROCESS

Every bouquet is unique, and we take great care throughout the entire preservation process.

When your bouquet arrives, we'll carefully unpack your flowers and give them a nice, long drink of water. We'll then select the most beautiful flowers and foliage to feature in your keepsake.

Your selected flowers are gently placed in silica sand, which gradually draws out their moisture while maintaining their natural shape and delicate details. This dehydration process typically takes several weeks, allowing the flowers to dry thoroughly before being cast in resin.

Once completely dry, your flowers are artfully arranged inside silicone molds. We then carefully pour layer after layer of crystal-clear resin, surrounding each flower and preserving its beauty within a solid block.

The resin requires several weeks of pouring, hardening, and curing before the blocks can be removed from their molds. After removal, we allow additional curing time before carefully finishing and polishing the edges and corners.

Once your piece is complete, your one-of-a-kind floral keepsake is carefully packaged and shipped right to your door!

### ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow approximately **12–16 weeks** for the entire preservation process, beginning when we receive your bouquet. Each piece is handmade with careful attention to detail, and the multiple stages of drying, pouring, and curing cannot be rushed.

### CARING FOR YOUR RESIN KEEPSAKE

We use high-quality resin selected to help maintain the clarity and beauty of your finished piece. However, resin is a natural aging material and may develop a slight amber tint over time.

To help preserve the clarity of your keepsake for as long as possible:

- Avoid displaying your piece in direct sunlight.
- Keep it away from heat sources and extreme temperatures.
- Display it in a cool, temperature-controlled environment.

With proper care, your resin keepsake can remain a beautiful reminder of your special memories for years to come.

### WARRANTY & IMPORTANT POLICIES

All resin products are made and sold **without any warranty, expressed or implied**. Due to the handmade nature of our work and the natural materials used, all resin pieces are sold AS IS. Completed items cannot be returned or refunded.

We are not responsible for bouquets that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your event or while in transit. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for bouquets that are lost, stolen, or damaged before they reach us.

The condition of your flowers upon arrival is extremely important to the preservation process. Flowers with excessive browning, mold, mildew, or rot may not be suitable for preservation. We cannot guarantee that flowers arriving in poor condition can be preserved to our quality standards. We are not responsible for preservation results affected by the condition or quality of the flowers received, and refunds will not be issued due to inferior flower quality.
