Can I get a refund? You have up to 12 hours to claim a refund but if your product is already shipped then we won't be able to provide a refund. Please note that all sales are final. if your package doesn't arrive or is lost in transit (already shipped) it is out of our hands and will not provide a refund. If your product arrives broken please send us an email immediately, we may be able to figure something.

Please understand that due to COVID, shipping might take a bit longer. Once items are shipped it is out of our hands, but please check with the USPS and check the Tracking information provided by them. Please note that we CANNOT give refunds due to missing or delayed packages.

Orders take up to 3-10 days to process and if anything occurs we strive to contact you as soon as possible. We aim to get order out the door as soon as possible so please be patient!

How do preorders work?

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEE IF YOU ARE “PREORDERING” something or it’s just instock, there is a difference! ____________ Once all preorder slots are filled we contact our Manu and they get started on it ASAP! -production generally takes 18-25 days Plus 3-5 days to be shipped to us Once they’re in our hands then we try to get all orders out the door ASAP, we try to provide updates to all lovelies who have preordered something. PLEASE NOTE- Due to COVID Many shops are experiencing a delay in production due to lockdowns and government restrictions (hence why we can’t always have an exact date when they’re done) (Sometimes if not enough people are interested in a design we don’t go through with and refund those who tried to preorder!)

What’s the difference with Pin GRADES? (A-D)

We’re over critical on our pins since we try to give our lovelies the best of the best, no Frankenstein pins here! A Grade- Best of the batch with no imperfections B Grade- few imperfections such as a dust in the enamel, tiny scratches, but practically an A grade just with tiny imperfections we decide to discount on! C Grade- a few more imperfections like a few species of dust caught in the enamel, tiny bubbles in the enamel, and/or maybe a scratch. Still looks like an A grade usually. D grade- these have a bit more noticeable imperfections like bubbles in the enamel, scratches, missing enamel spots (common with tiny designs so it still can look normal!), screen print is scratched. Unless you’re looking real close you wouldn’t see it!

Can i change my address?

YES! Please do it within 48hrs of purchasing, after that we cannot guarantee we will have enough time to change your label since we try to pack lovelies orders ASAP for fast delivery!
