Product Information:
**We use DTF direct to film design method for our designs
● Material: Our shirts are mostly a blend of cotton and polyester. If you want 100%
cotton, let us know before you order.
● Fit: Our shirts are unisex sizes with a regular fit, which may be different from
typical women's or other sizes.
● Weight: T-shirts weigh about 4 oz.
● Sweatshirts and Hoodies: Made from a blend of cotton and polyester, with a
classic fit.
Care Instructions:
● Washing: Wash items inside out in cold water, and avoid bleach and dry cleaning.
● Ironing: Don't iron directly on the design.
● Drying: Tumble dry on low heat.
**Note: Most items are preshrunk unless washed differently than the care instructions.
Returns and Exchanges:
● Policy: We don't accept returns or exchanges unless items are damaged or
defective.
Production and Shipping:
● Processing Time: Shirts take 3 business days to process.
● Shipping: We ship via USPS or UPS, offering standard and expedited options.

Seller has not shipped items or responded to my emails. All I keep getting is automated responses to my emails telling me they respond in 1-2 hours. It’s been 4 days without a response. The shipping states that the post office is awaiting acceptance of the package from the seller. It’s said that since 1/14 with no change. I only want a response and update on when I can expect to get my items as they are needed for an upcoming trip and I need to know if I need to order something else from a different source that can get it here before we leave. Please respond
