We do concept drawings before we begin working to ensure we are on the same page.

Custom orders may only be made by those 18 years of age or older, younger must have proof of permission from parent or guardian.

We will happily alter items to suit your needs! If you are unsure if we can make something or change something, ASK US! We love hearing from you.

Because of the increased demand for custom work orders we have had to institute a queue. Each order gets a slot in our line and will not be skipped ahead of anyone else.

Many of our custom projects offer lifetime warranties, with free repair cost, as long as the customer pays for shipping.

However, if damage occurred and is expected lifetime wear and tear, or user error some charges may apply. I.E. Replacing the soles of foot paws from extreme use, or props brandished as weapons that break.

We accept Payment Plans through Paypal! You do not need a paypal account to use paypal. Simply an email provided to us, so we may send you an email invoice and a debit or credit card to buy.

Down payment of at least 10% on projects under $1000, 30% required for projects over $1000. The down payment will secure your slot on our queue. Your project must be paid up 75% before your slot arrives (your slot will be in March). Once it is completed final payments and shipping must be paid to have it sent out. Shipping is often billed seperately.

Drawing deposits, and down payments to secure a slot are non-refundable.

Shipping will be a separate transaction upon completion. (We do not know the weight and volume of your project until it is completed. This ensures accurate cost and no over charge.)

For fabric items made by us we recommend gentle cycle machine wash with cold water, or wash by hand. Dryer is fine on a hot setting.
For fabric items with wasteland dye jobs, it's best not to get them wet until you've washed them gently by hand in cool or warm water by themselves, as they may have some residual dye. After one or two washes they should stop bleeding entirely, but color may fade over time.

For Items with electronics we recommend not getting wet, or submerging. These items are not waterproof. If lights start to dim change the batteries. For our larger props we recommend purchasing a set of rechargeable batteries to save money and pollute less.

All purchases made during September and October will be considered Halloween Costume purchases.

We will NOT accept ANY returns during this time. We are not a rental company, and do not appreciate falsely returned items simply because you wanted to use it once. Don't be this person.

We will repair or exchange damaged items, but will not take full refund returns under any circumstances.
