Our company guarantees that the product meets the established standards at the time of purchase.
The manufacturer provides free re-production of the photo wallpapers only if the products arrived with a defect: lack of printing, a different picture, texture, non-compliance with the agreed dimensions.
The completeness of the product and the absence of mechanical damage on it are checked by the buyer or the craftsman before start of work. Claims for mechanical damage after gluing will not be accepted.
The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse free remanufacturing if the product has traces of installation.
The warranty is valid in the presence of a warranty card certified by the seller's stamp and signed by the buyer. All fields specified in the warranty card must be filled out.
Unless your item is defective returns are not accepted, every single order is made on demand, so it's not possible to re-sell it.
Cancellations are only accepted before your order is marked as "in progress".
Exchanges are not accepted.
If upon receipt of the order from the courier or at the point of receiving orders you find the packaging damage - draw up an Act about this with an employee of the carrier company. In “the reason for the refusal to receive the goods”, indicate the packaging damage. There is no need to pay for shipping.
If the packaging or the goods were damaged, make an Act of claim and don’t pick up the goods (give an Act to the seller) - after receiving an Act we will send you the new wallpaper for free.
Claims for color mismatch of the finished product won’t be accepted if a sample was refused before this.
5-year warranty on color fastness without direct exposure to sunlight.
