The sizing for all of our designs is relative to the hoop size. So, for a design that is listed as 3x3, 4x4, and 5x7, the actual design files are going to be slightly smaller to ensure it will fit in that size hoop. So for a design that says it is 5x7, I will size the design to make sure the height is just slightly less than 5" or the width is slightly less than 7" while keeping the proportions the same. I try to make as many sizes as possible, and if you need an exact size just send me a message. I do not charge to adjust size and can email you additional files after purchase.
