This listing is for a custom wedding cake topper for your wedding or in honor of your anniversary! This heirloom piece is handcrafted to look like you and your partner--whether you need a mixed gender, same-sex or interracial couple. It's all about you both! Use them on your cake or as a centerpiece on your wedding day and keep them on display for all the wonderful years you share together yet to come.
To date, I have made more than 600 pieces for individual clients all around the world and I look forward to working with you on yours.

My custom wedding toppers are original works of art intended for display at your wedding and for you to enjoy in your home long after your wedding day is over. They are commissioned miniature portraits that are most often purchased at the time of a wedding, but can be made for any couple or family at any point in your life together.
// MATERIALS //
Each figure is constructed out of wood and the outfits are individually constructed and sewn to your specifications and details. The figures feature hairstyles that reflect you and your partner and will make you smile big seeing you both in miniature. Each piece will ship with a protective base to place in your cake to protect the piece from icing, should you be using it on a cake.

The cake toppers measures about 6.5" tall, including the base. The base itself measures about 3" in diameter by 1.5" tall. The figures themselves are about 4.5" tall.

Words can't describe how beautiful it is. We received our topper today and we couldn't be happier. Almost cried when I opened it. The packaging was so cute, one can tell how much thought and love is put into Sarah's work. Thank you so much!!!!

I want you to be so happy you never even consider a refund! That said, if damage occurs via shipping, please contact me as soon as possible so a claim can be filed with the shipping service. Usually, claims cannot be processed after 7 days so it is very important you contact me ASAP.
All custom items must be approved by the buyer prior to shipment so any changes or uncertainties regarding the custom piece should be addressed prior to shipment. As a result, I am not able to grant refunds once a piece has shipped. However, please know that I am 100% committed to creating a piece that you will absolutely love!

Shipping policies
Given the time of year, the current turnaround time is now approximately 2-4 weeks. It is best to have a couple of months lead time but I realize that is not always possible. At this time of year, pieces ship much faster than during the Spring and Summer. If you are planning for a wedding next year, I would suggest trying to allow 1-3 months.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, unless previously discussed.
International orders can ship via USPS Priority Mail International to all countries it supports. Delivery times for Priority Mail International are generally 6 to 10 days once shipped. Express Mail (EMS) service is available, however, the cost is typically $20 more. Please convo me if you are interested in that option. However, packages can take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Please allow for plenty of time!! If you are on a tight schedule, I recommend upgrading to Express Mail service.
