1. Will the color or pigment fade under direct sunlight?

Yes, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the color or pigment to fade or yellow slightly. I include a care instruction card with every order to help preserve your item.

2. Will I receive exactly what I see in the photo?

If the item is ready-to-ship, you will receive the exact one shown in the photo. For custom or personalized orders, each piece is unique, so an exact replica is not possible.

3. Is the item safe for children and pets?

Yes, I use fully cured, non-toxic resin. Finished products are safe for children and pets.

4. Does the item have certifications or meet eco standards (e.g., RoHS)?

My products do not come with formal certifications, but I use only high-quality, certified resin and safe materials.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or has a defect (e.g., a broken clock mechanism). Other cases are discussed individually.

6. Can I see a sketch or photo before the order is shipped?

Yes! I send photos of the process and the final piece. If needed, I can create a sketch — please note that the final result may differ slightly from the concept.

7. Is the resin food-safe (for trays, cutting boards, etc.)?

Yes, I use food-grade resin for items meant to come in contact with food.

8. How do I care for the item?

Care instructions: – Avoid direct sunlight – Wipe with a soft, non-abrasive cloth – Do not place on hot surfaces – Clean with mild, neutral detergents only These tips are included with every order as a printed card.
