Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our workshop in Greece in a natural kraft cardboard mailer box, which is also suitable for gifting.

We use premium full-grain vachetta leather, so we recommend handling your sandals with care when cleaning them. Please use only a soft, dry cotton cloth. Please avoid getting the sandals wet. If they do get wet, allow them to dry naturally in the shade, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not use a hair dryer or place them near a radiator, as this may damage the leather.

Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to fully customize your sandals to ensure the perfect fit and style for you. If you are unsure about your size, length, or width, please don’t worry , we can adjust the straps by widening or narrowing them so the sandals fit you comfortably and perfectly. We can also create your sandals in any color or combination of colors you prefer. Please feel free to message us with any special request. We’ll be happy to help.

Please make sure to carefully check the size guide and measuring instructions provided in each listing before placing your order. We strongly recommend measuring the length of a pair of sandals you already own and comparing it with our size chart to choose the best size. The fit is generally standard in width. However, if you have a slightly wider foot or a higher instep, we recommend choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit. Please also keep in mind that genuine leather naturally softens and stretches slightly over time, gradually taking the shape of your feet. If you are unsure about sizing, please feel free to message us before ordering, we will be happy to help you choose the right size.

Will the natural tan shade be exactly the same as shown?

Please note that our natural tan shade is made from untreated natural leather. Because it is a genuine natural material, slight variations in shade are completely normal and part of its unique character. Some pairs may appear slightly lighter or slightly darker than others, which is a natural characteristic of real leather and not a defect. If the pair you receive appears slightly lighter than expected, please keep in mind that natural vachetta leather darkens very quickly with exposure to sunlight and use, often within just a few hours. These subtle tonal changes are completely normal and make each pair beautifully unique.

Shipping Methods - Estimated Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping – Hellenic Post (A’ Priority Registered Airmail) Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days A tracking number is always provided. DHL Express Worldwide Courier Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days As soon as your sandals are shipped, we will send you the tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time. Please include your phone number in the order notes, as it may be required by the courier for delivery purposes. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, local postal services, or unexpected delays beyond our control.

Please contact us before sending the item back, so we can provide you with the exact return instructions and the correct return address. To be eligible for a return, the sandals must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Please try them on only on a clean, soft surface to avoid scratches, marks, or damage. If the product is returned damaged or not in its original condition, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be issued. Once the returned sandals are received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund, minus the original shipping costs and any customs fees, if applicable. Please note: custom-made or personalized sandals cannot be returned, as they are made especially for you.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a registered postal service with tracking when returning the package, rather than an express courier service, as this is usually the most cost-effective option. Please keep the tracking number until the return has been safely delivered.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer direct exchanges only for customers within the European Union, provided that you contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement pair. For all other countries, such as the USA ,Australia, Canada or the UK the return process is as follows: once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund (minus the original shipping costs and any customs fees, if applicable). If you wish, you may then place a new order for the preferred size or style.
