Tinctures are made by extracting herbs with a combination of water and high-proof alcohol. The body absorbs the active ingredients in tinctures through the mucus membranes in the mouth or in the gastrointestinal system. Tinctures are convenient and easy to use. They are highly concentrated, so you only need a small amount.

Take 30-40 drops, up to 3 times per day. Can be taken directly or added to water or juice.
