hosta GOLD ELATION [dormant] large unusual new rare yellow pot perennial = 1 Potted Garden Plant

Hosta 'Gold Elation'

This plant is currently being shipped dormant (no foliage; sleeping). A GIANT! Hosta 'Gold Elation'. Very Large. This new giant hosta is really great! From ‘Elatior’ parentage it has excellent yellow color and can tolerate some sun, especially in northern gardens. Bob Solberg says he is very pleased by how well it has grown in North Carolina, not burning even in the worst years, and he thinks it will make a great impact in your garden. Our plant photos are a representation of mature specimens. The plants we sell are not fully grown but they are well established and happily on their way to becoming all they can be. Don't forget that young hostas need another year or more to show their full color, size, shape and texture.

Hostas, also known as Plantain Lily, are hardy garden perennials (they come back every year). Our plants are professionally grown and are guaranteed free from disease, including 'Hosta Virus X'. If you want the best you have come to the right place!

Our plants have been over-wintered here in the upper Midwest to ensure strength and hardiness and to encourage blooming the first year in your garden. Our plants are grown outdoors where Mother Nature helps us produce the best plants possible. Our potted plants can be planted at your convenience, just keep them outdoors and watered until you are ready to put them into the ground. Never grow this plant indoors. We include complete planting instructions with all orders. This plant is ready for your garden!
