Are these vintages?
Yes, absolutely. They were handmade to be dowry or used for everyday wear in the middle of 20th century of China. With the entry of industrial textile, those rustic fabrics were hand down.

What it can be used for?
It can be used for bags, quilting, boro patchwork, framed, sashiko, crafting, table runners, curtains, cushions, clothes, wall hanging, lampshades, throw pillows, chair upholstery, collage and many uses.

How is the material?
The material is lightweight enough to go through sewing machine without any problems, and heavy enough to be suitable for any projects that needs a tad bit thicker fabrics.

Why prices are different?
Prices are vary from its rarity, width, special colorway, ages, condition, weaving skills and process complexity.

Can I get it more meters on specific pattern?
Each roll is unique and limited quantity, no two exactly the same. We can find the replacement of similar one if common pattern, but no more after sold if rare pattern.

How is the condition?
Overall is in good condition with no hole. If anywhere worn, I will point out in description. For light color fabrics, it's unavoidable to have stains a little bit or yellowing, that's the age marks and the charm of this kind of fabric.

Why are they so narrow width?
Because they were hand woven on ancient wooden loom from rural family, so the width is limited and vary.

Why cotton seeds shown on surface of fabric?
Due to the nature of the woven piece (homespun natural fiber cotton and handwoven on a wooden loom), there are some imperfections like slubs or cotton seeds in the weave of the fabric. These are considered part of their charm. Imperfection but individual.

How can I get wholesale price?

How to wash?
Machine washable, and wash dark colors separately. They may lose color when the first few washes because they were natural dyed, it's just the surface color, please don't worry. All fabrics will be pre-washed for immediately use.

How to ship?
Fabric ship in 1-3 business days by 4PX with tracking number. It usually takes about 8-15 business days on average in US / EU / Asian countries, other countries is about 10-20 business days.
