Description

Pattern only . Not a finished product .

This pattern is for the slouchy beanies pictured. It requires two 50 g balls of Patons Jet or any bulky weight yarn and one 5.50 mm or I crochet hook. It is made from the bottom up so that you can adjust the size for your own head around your face as soon as you have started.

I designed it so that there is just a hint of slouch at the back and a firm fit around your face. The yarn chosen is a mixture of wool and alpaca which provide cosiness without weight on a cold day but you can also use bulky or 12 ply wool or wool blend.

(The size given is 22 inches or 56 cm).

It would suit an adult or a teenager. I've used size 5.00 mm for the medium size and size 4.50 mm for the small size.

It requires crochet knowledge of chain stitches, trebles, increasing, decreasing and slip stitch as in UK crochet terms.

As this pattern is copyright, you may not sell or copy it. You may sell finished beanies if you agree to acknowledge me as the designer and link your finished product back to me on Etsy , Ravelry , Facebook or Instagram .
There is a pattern for the crochet Cowl attached to the beanie pattern . Please use the separate file for the Audrey Cowl pattern .
