The back, underside, and hidden areas may be unstained, lightly stained, or left natural depending on the design.
This is standard for rustic, wall-facing furniture and does not affect durability, strength, or the visual appearance of the piece when in use.
Refunds cannot be issued for differences in natural wood variation, burls, knots, grain patterns, or unstained / partially stained hidden areas.

🔧 Assembly Note
Some of our handmade items require light assembly using a screwdriver and socket wrench.
Instructions are clear, simple, and beginner-friendly — no special skills needed.
Buyer must assemble their piece as soon as possible after delivery.
Because fresh wood can naturally expand, shrink, or slightly warp over time, leaving pieces unassembled for long periods may cause them to no longer fit together properly.
Refunds will not be given for items that were left unassembled and no longer fit together due to natural wood movement.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Pieces that have been already assembled do not qualify for returns.
