Returns & exchanges
Refunds on photographs must be done within 3 weeks of the purchase. I do not accept returns on large format prints or canvas wraps as those are considered custom orders.
For photographs that are damaged in transit, my policy is that you cut a 2-inch piece out of the middle of the photo and send it in an envelope back to me. A new photograph will be sent to you upon receipt of the portion of the damaged photo.
Photos 8x10 to 11x16 are usually put between two pieces of heavier foam core and sealed with "do not bend" stamped on the outside. Very large prints are usually sent in a mailing tube or in large boxes.
I am not responsible for items lost in transit, but will work with you if there is a problem.
** Customer is responsible for any and all customs fees per your country.

I ship within 3-5 business days for photos that are in stock. If you see a photograph that you like but someone has just purchased it, please feel free to convo me so I can place an order with my printer. Even if it is "out of stock" I can get the photograph to you in approximately a week's time (for U.S. - a bit longer for Canada and International, of course).
