LICENSING

If you are a small business producing clothing, bows, tumblers, keychains, shirts etc commercial licensing for up to 50 physical items is included with purchase of this design. For usage over 50 physical products please contact us

If you are a custom printing company producing fabric, textiles, faux leather, screen prints, transfers etc you MUST purchase the custom textile business license before selling, listing or promoting. Commercial licensing can be found in our shop and must be purchased in the same transaction as the design(s) you plan on using

PERMISSIONS
THESE DESIGNS MAY BE USED FOR PRINTING
These designs may be used for printing with proper licensing but under no circumstances can you:

-Share these designs with friends, other business owners, on social media or anywhere without watermarking first and giving proper credit to us as the artist

-Claim these designs as your own

-Alter these designs or use them to make a separate digital product for sell

-Sell or give away our designs as a digital design

-Send my designs to third party printing sources that will continue using my design without permission or proeper licensing (spoonflower, alibaba, over seas companies etc)

-Copy or trace any element of my designs, I spend a lot of time drawing and trying to be different and do things that haven't been done before, please respect that

If you use an overseas production partner you must have a written and signed agreement that the over seas producer can not use my design outside of your agreement, they cannot redistribute the design in their own production, offer it to others to use, or use it in any further production outside of the agreed upon transaction for your small business (This is for the protection of our business and yours)

Our designs are not to be used by large scale production companies(over 50 physical items sold), wholesale or overseas manufacturers without first contacting us to get proper licensing and permissions
