Cancellation:
After placing an order, you have 2 hours to change or cancel the order free of charge. After that, we work on your order immediately to make sure the order comes to you on time.
Any cancellation requests after this period will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%

Return:
Standard products without adjustments can be exchanged or returned with 50% refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Exclusions: Our returns policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made items or hygiene items such as underwear and swimwear, unless they are damaged or defective.

Return costs: You as the customer bear the costs for returning the goods. We recommend that you return the goods insured to ensure that they reach us in their original condition.

Enclosed a copy of your invoice or delivery bill to ensure speedy processing.
