Do I guarantee my media items?

I do not guarantee any media items. I don’t have a VCR or a Record player in order to check these items so buy at your own risk.

Is your store pet and smoke free?

I have a pet/smoke free home. I acquire items from all different kinds of places so I can’t guarantee all items will be pet hair free. I wash what I can if it’s dirty, smells or has pet hair. Some items however can’t be washed in a washing machine so I do the best I can to remove pet hair. I will also post if a toy has been exposed to pets and hasn’t been completely washed.

Does shipping small package air to the US come with a tracking number?

That’s a good question and the answer is no. Small package air does not come with a tracking number so if you are wanting to track your package upgrade your shipping to tracked package.

I reuse as much shipping materials as I can to cut down on costs.

Do you ship to the countries part of the EU?

Unfortunately at this time I do not ship to any countries part of the EU because of the new tariff numbers needed.
