Will I receive a print in the mail?

You will only receive a print in the mail if you have ordered a physical print in the shop. Most of the prints offered are digital prints which means you will receive a digital copy and can go to your desired print shop to have it printed in the size you choose.

Can I use the art for commercial purposes? I've seen your art on other sites.

The digital art sold in my shop is for personal use only. It does not include a license for commercial use. This Etsy shop is the only online marketplace I list my artwork. If you find this art anywhere else, it has been stolen. Often these stolen works are taken from my listing images and the quality is therefore poor. It is unfortunately now a regular part of my week to comb through mass market sites and report my stolen works for copyright infringement.

How soon will I get my order?

For digital purchases, once your purchase is made, you will receive your order immediately! You get your favourite print right away and can print it at home, in the office, or at the printing shop of your choice. You can download your files right from your Etsy account. Make sure you're logged in on a desktop or laptop, then click on your icon, followed by "Purchases". When you find your art print purchase, you'll see a button that says "Download Files". Click this and you will be able to download your art in your preferred size! For physical prints or gift purchases, please see select listings for processing and shipping times.

What is your return policy?

Per Etsy's policy, digital art cannot be returned. Since the art is instantly downloaded, it is in the buyer's possession immediately and there is no way to return a file like you would a physical item. I aim to make my digital art as affordable as possible and hope you will love it! However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please do reach out and I will do my absolute best to resolve any issues or answer any questions you may have. I am just a message away! For any shipped prints or gift items, returns of items are not accepted due to me simply not having the space to store them! However, refunds or a new item will be made available if any issues arise with printing or shipping damage. Please contact me if you have any issues!

Can I customize a print?

I am not currently listing customizations. However, I am always open to ideas and suggestions of pieces you may be interested in seeing. Message me and I will make a mental note to use any ideas as inspiration while creating! As stated below in the FAQs and within each listing, each print is designed in certain sizing and formats. I highly recommend printing in the downloaded formats and not changing the size unless it is only a slight change within the same ratio. I can only guarantee the listed image quality within the size listed. However, I do want you to be happy with your print! If you are having issues before going to print, please reach out to me and I will do my best to help you to make sure you get the best print possible!

How do you design your art? How long does it take?

I use a combination of my own personal sketches, photography, and elements as well as purchased elements through other artists (with a commercial license). Beyond this, I use a few different programs to create a compiled and final piece, including digitally painting and manually editing until I am happy with the result. Depending on the piece, it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days or even weeks. Simple pieces take less time, particularly when using pre-created elements or a more basic drawn character. For pieces that are more complicated, particularly with portraits of humans or fantasy pieces, I can spend days to weeks digitally painting and editing.

I've seen similar elements in your prints elsewhere. Are you stealing art?

Many artists create art and decide to sell it along with a commercial license. A digital creator using any element from another artist MUST have permission through the artist along with a legitimate commercial license. If they are not personally created by me, any other element has the appropriate commercial license.

Do you use AI to design your art?

I have begun to make use of AI-assisted editing as well in some of my digital art as I have for some time with my photography (i.e. through Adobe Photoshop). For those that have any AI tools used, they will be marked accordingly. I realize this is a topic of contention amongst the community. For myself personally, I spend a majority of my time manually editing and digitally painting my pieces. Though AI editing and tools can be helpful, it simply cannot fully grasp the image I have in my mind or the ideas I have on paper. Any part of a piece that is generated by AI, whether through Photoshop or another program, is still manually edited by me in order to achieve my vision. I aim to be as transparent as possible!

I tried to print my art print in a different size but now it's blurry and sections are missing. What happened?

All of my prints are designed in certain sizes and formats. I guarantee the quality of the prints in the formats listed whether that be as a 300dpi JPEG or PDF. I sometimes work in larger sizes, such as 11x14 and 16x20. In those cases, I will usually offer a smaller image size that is easier to print at home and does not degrade the image. If you choose to change the sizing yourself, please note that attempting to enlarge the image will result in a change in quality. The same goes if you attempt to change the ratio as that can result in parts of the image being cropped out. I highly recommend printing in the original format for best quality. I printed the art print I purchased but the colours look a little different. What happened?

Depending on the settings and colour variations of your chosen printer, some colours may not appear exactly the same as on your computer monitor. Even though the colours may look a little different, your print will be just as beautiful! To get the colours the closest to what you see on your monitor, it is recommended to visit a professional printer. However, this can be costly and is not realistic for everyone. Many of my own digital art pieces hang in my home and office printed straight from my home printer. Printing 5x7 and 8x10 prints is quick and easy at home along with being more affordable and convenient. Whatever you choose, your prints will still look great!

All My Love - 11x14, 15x20, 16x20, 20x30 digital print in 300 dpi

Love transcends through all, even the most difficult of times. In this romantic and enchanting print, a knight and maiden share a magical embrace in the woods and flowers bloom and petals float around them. A curse has now been broken, taking all their worries away; finally, they can be together. This piece is inspired by many books of the fantasy romance genre as well as magical fables I read growing up. Digitally painted in a cool earthy tone with pops of light coming through in pinks and whites. The knight and maiden contrast, her in ivory, him in blacks and greys. Her skin is fair as she has been kept from the outside world as much as possible, within the walls of a castle. In contrast, his skin is darkened, indicating his life spent outside as a soldier, but also, perhaps, him being from another kingdom; one of the south whereas she is from the north. As the viewer, it is for you to imagine their story; let this artwork inspired you to dream a beautiful romantic tale!
