Making custom pieces of jewelry takes time, but we always work as fast as possible and ship often to ensure that you will receive your item quickly. If you'd like an item by a specific date, please let us know before you place your order. Although we always do our best to get your items to you by the date requested, we can never guarantee delivery for specific dates. The shipping process is controlled by the post office.

Please confirm your address before we ship it out. If the address is wrong and the item is shipped back to us, the post office will charge you to have the item shipped again and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. Also, packages take a much longer time to get back to us if they've been returned due to an error in address, which will greatly increase the shipping time of your order. Double-checking your address is important, because even a small error can confuse the postal service. We are not responsible for packages delayed, damaged, or lost in the shipping process.


SHIPPING TIME:

We ship our packages using USPS mail. We ask for 1-2 weeks to process your order, although we usually have orders out in 2-4 business days. After that time, it will take 3-11 business days (after processing) to arrive to U.S. locations. U.S. customers can upgrade to USPS 2-3 day priority mail at checkout. The "2-3 day" title refers to the transit time from the post office to your location, AFTER the stated 1-2 weeks of processing time. If you're outside of the U.S., the package will take between 1-9 weeks to arrive internationally, and sometimes longer if the item is delayed by customs.

If you haven't received your package within these time frames, please contact us so that we can try to help you. We are unaware of shipping issues until they are brought to our attention, so please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Our international customers should contact their local post office if there is a delay in shipping.

Our international customers are often required by their local post office to sign for packages. If you've missed your package and it's returned to the post office, please contact them right away to pick up your package before it's sent back to us here in the U.S. When addresses are incorrect or if no one is home to sign for the package, the item will be returned to us here. This process takes a very long time, and once we receive it again, the post office will charge you to have the item sent back to you, and we will not be able to refund the original shipping charge.

Occasionally international orders get stuck in customs for a long time. Please understand that this is totally out of our control. Once packages have left this country, it is up to the international buyer to contact their local post office if a package is delayed/lost. We are unable to contact the post offices in other countries. It's also important to note that if there are any customs fees, you as the buyer will be responsible for paying these costs.

Please note that we can never guarantee delivery for any date. Once a package has left us, it is totally out of our control, and this is especially true for international orders since the tracking information usually stops once the item has left the U.S. Since we can't guarantee delivery for specific dates, we also won't be able to issue refunds for orders that don't arrive by a requested date. We require 1-2 weeks to make an item, and then there will be an additional 3-11 business day transit time within the U.S, and 1-9 weeks for international orders. Please order your items with enough time to let us complete/ship your order. If something has gone wrong during shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

We accept custom orders of all sorts. If you like what you see in a listing but would like something added or taken away just let us know. :)

ITEM CARE:

Please avoid contact with water, especially chlorinated water. Our jewelry should never come into contact with moisture or chemicals of any kind. Please write to us if you have any further questions on the care of your purchase.

If your order is a gift, please let us know whether or not you'd like the receipt left out. We can also include a little card to let the recipient know who it's from - just leave your information in the "Notes to Seller" section while checking out.

The sizes of our charms varies greatly. We offer photos of almost every charm against a female hand for scale. If you need anymore information regarding scale, please contact us. Please see our secondary photos to see size. If you're on the mobile site, just swipe to the side!
