The shoes were great the time they lasted. There aren't holes/eyelets on the shoes for the laces but instead leather lace loops on top of the main material where multiple of them broke off when tying laces on both shoes making them unable to be used after just a few months of wearing.

Our team wears these models daily for a second season without problems, but if a defect occurs, we are always ready to resolve it. We are glad the size 42 we recommended fit you perfectly, especially since you originally ordered two sizes smaller. However, it is disappointing that after months of successful daily wear, you left a 1-star review without reaching out for help. Since January, we have contacted you multiple times to offer a free repair or compensation, but received no response. We remain fully committed to our quality, and it is a shame we were not given the chance to rectify the situation for you.
