Custom and personalized orders

I do accept custom orders if there is already a listing set up for it. Also, small changes such as a looking for a different color garment may be accepted, however this is dependent on time retrains and other factors. Please send a message if you need help! Due to time restraints, I am not excepting custom from scratch design requests, other than what is already available. Custom orders' language: I cannot print anything copyrighted or trademarked. I will not print anything hateful, or obscene, and I follow all Etsy guidelines.

All garments have sizing measurement photo cards each listing. If you are still unsure which size to get here is the most accurate way to find ideal fit: 1. Lay a comparable garment on a flat surface you like the fit of. 2. Measure length (high point shoulder, to bottom of garment) 3. Measure width (bottom of arm hole to bottom of arm hole) 4. Measure center back sleeve length: where tag is in center of garment to bottom of sleeve) 5. Then, compare to measurements on chart to find best match.

Apparel Wash instructions: Turn garment inside out Machine wash cold, Delicate Cycle Line dry is best, otherwise Tumble dry low Do Not iron, do not dry clean Straw toppers: Hand wash ONLY, gently in warm soapy water Do NOT soak Dry gently with towel, or air dry. Keep charm dry otherwise. Do NOT place in dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. Fable and Maven, it’s seller/s, and or shop members, are not responsible for any broken or misplaced jewelry charms, chains, jump rings, connectors, beads, or any items in that nature, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions to metals, or any other material. We are not responsible for misuse of any of our products. Buyer is responsible to discard any defective or broken items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Many of our items are shipped thru our garment print and embroidery providers, who does not offer gift wrapping at this time. Straw toppers are shipped from myself, and I package them in cute mailers, they are placed in a pretty mesh type bag and include a water resistant random sticker, and cleaning instructions. (straw toppers are currently unavailable due to time restrains)

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, due to the made to order nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns otherwise at this time. What if there is an issue with shipping? Examples: delayed, lost in transit, stolen

This includes, but not limited to: shipping delays while in transit, package lost by shipping carrier (lost in mail), or if item is stolen. What if package is returned to seller (sender) after shipment?

I would be happy resend item to correct address, however customer must repay for shipping if return to sender was due to an error from purchaser. Fable and Maven, and it’s shop owners/sellers or shop member are not liable any issues with return to seller for things including but not limited to, customer entered wrong address, undeliverable address.

Do you do price adjustments if a sale starts after purchase is made? | Can I get a larger discount or free shipping?

Price Adjustments? As a small business, we are unable to refund the difference if a sale starts after a purchase has already been placed. As an example, if you bought something for $15, and anytime after purchase there is a sale for 20% off making the item $12, we are unable to reimburse the $3 difference in price. Can I get a larger discount? Thank you for choosing to shop small! Market research and cost analysis is preformed for all of items sold in the shop in order to charge a fair price while still being able to maintain a small business. Therefore, I am unable to accommodate special requests to receive discounts larger than available for others. With the exception of issues with previous purchases, and bulk orders.

My item is still in "pre-shipment" or USPS awaiting item

Many items shipped through my production partner are first given to DHL, then transferred to USPS. This may cause item to appear to be in "pre-shipment" for 1-3 days. However, the package is still moving through the network. The update in the system has not yet shown between the two shipping carriers. You may also check your tracking number on DHL's website to see if this is the case, and to see any additional info.

Please note that not all items in the shop are embroidered. If an item is embroidered it will be labeled "Embroidered" in the title, mentioned in the photos and description. If you are not sure the of the garment design technique used, please send a message first. Embroidery Care: Machine wash cold, delicate cycle lay flat hang dry is best, or tumble dry low or no heat. No not dry clean, do not iron design Do not try to remove any leftover backing or threads from the inside of the garment.
