To fit 20" to 21" chest or to 6 to 12 months


Materials for Newborn to 3 month size:
2 - 6 oz skeins 3-ply Red Heart "Light" Baby Sports Weight 100%Acrylic yarn, such as "TLC Baby" 170g – 490yds or Red Heart Baby Sports Weight yarn.
One 2.75mm steel crochet hook for Yoke, Bonnet and Booties
One 3.25mm steel crochet hook for Body of Sweater 3 yards of 1/4" or 3/8" wide ribbon

Gauge = 24 dc worked with a 2.75mm hook should measure 4" and 4 shells worked with a 3.25mm hook should measure 3"

Materials for 6 to 12 months size:
2 - 5 oz skeins of 3-ply Baby Sports Weight yarn, such a Bernat "Baby Softee" 100% Acrylic, 140g.
One 3.25mm steel crochet hook for Yoke, Bonnet and Booties
One 3.50mm steel crochet hook for Body of Sweater 3 yards of 1/4" or 3/8" wide ribbon
