About the creative process: I'll ask you to provide a few photos of the location of your choice. After, I'll send you a first draft. From there, you will be offered three rounds of revisions. After we perfect your illustration, I will send you a digital copy of the art + a physical print in the size you have ordered.

If you don't have good quality photos of your specific location, no worries! I can work off of Google Maps, Google Images, or real estate postings. If you can't find one, I will help you locate one! Note on the images shown: these are samples of locations (restaurants, bars, and cafes) I have drawn in the past. If there is a specific style you would like me to copy for your artwork based on one of the images shown, please let me know upfront so I know what you like!

SHIPPING

▸ Processing time for all prints is 1-2 business days after you place an order. Estimated shipping times are: 3-5 business days for the United States..
▸ All prints are shipped in a sturdy mailing triangular box, an envelope or a tube.
▸ I'll notify you when your print is in the mail, and I can get you a tracking number upon request. Please note, that when ordering a digital download, I personally need to email you your file. I will email it to the email you have registered with Etsy within 12 hours of purchase, usually sooner. All of my files come as a PDF with directions on how to compress it as a different file format if needed. Please note that one purchase of a digital download entitles you to have the item printed once, never printed multiple times or resold as your own.Please note that I do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any items. No exceptions!

Please also note that every physical print you buy from me comes from my vendor - everything is drop shipped. They are efficient and precise, but every once in a blue moon they can make a mistake and ship the wrong item/size/frame. Please remember that I am a small business and there's no need to leave a nasty review - just contact me, I'll contact them and we'll get you a replacement as soon as possible. In a world where everyone is used to Amazon prime, please remember that I cannot get items out nearly as fast (I'm working on a different budget than Jeff Bezos!)
