All NRC Fine jewelry are carefully handmade in our studios. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.

International Shipping

DHL Express 2-5 Business Days (Tracking code) NON Insured Important note for international buyers: You may be required to pay VAT/import fee before your package is delivered. We are not responsible for any such fees.

Please contact me immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

Where will my order ship from?

US orders may be shipped via DHL from our fulfillment partner in Indiana. If a product or variation is not in stock, it will be shipped directly from our studio in Athens via DHL Express within the same time frame. Orders to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia will be shipped from our central office in Athens, Greece.

Where do I need to return my order?

All returns must be sent exclusively to our studio in Athens. We will provide the necessary return details once your return request is approved.

What happens if I refuse delivery or don't pay customs charges?

Import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. If you decline to pay them and the package is returned to us, the return shipping cost charged to us by the courier will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance is refunded once the item is back with us. Refused or returned packages cannot be rerouted to a new address — a new order would be required.

Custom and personalized orders

A custom or personalized order is any piece produced outside our standard product options. This includes custom lengths or sizing, design alterations, engraving, fixed lengths or no-extender requests, metal or stone changes, and any other made-to-order modification requested by the buyer. Because these pieces are produced individually to your exact specifications and cannot be resold, custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. By placing a custom or personalized order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
