How can I download my items?

To find the download button for your Etsy purchases, please follow these steps: 1- Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (computer or mobile browser). The download option is not available on the Etsy app. 2- Go to Your account (the profile icon at the top right). 3- Select Purchases and reviews. 4- Find the order you want to download. 5- Next to the order, you should see a Download Files button. Click on this. 6- This will take you to a Downloads page where all the files associated with your order will be listed. Click the Download button next to the file you want. Important points to note: If needed, I can send to you the download links instead. Just let me know.
