Due to the digital nature of the products, we are not able to accept any cancellation or refund requests unless there's a technical issue with a template that we can't resolve. Do I need to have a Paid Canva account to use the templates?

No, you can use the free Canva account without having to pay for a pro subscription. Our templates are created and adapted to be easily customized from a free Canva account.

Can I add videos in the Canva templates?

Yes, you can add videos in the frame holders with the exception of the Instagram puzzles. For all the other templates you can add images or videos and customize them based on your brand image.

Do the Instagram Templates work for Facebook as well?

Yes! The post and story templates are suitable both for Instagram and Facebook. You can create and share the same post and story on both platforms.

Can I use your products for commercial purposes?

For most of our products, we offer a personal one-use license only. This means you can use the templates for your own creative projects, but you cannot resell, share, redistribute, or give them away for free (even if modified).

Do you offer any products for commercial use?

Yes! We have a special collection of products with a Master Resell Rights (MRR) license. These exclusive templates are identified with "PLR/MRR" in the product title or description. An MRR license allows you to resell the editable files to your customers, who can then potentially resell them as well. Important Note: Only products clearly labeled as "PLR/MRR" can be used commercially. For all other products, a personal use license applies. By following these guidelines, you can ensure you're using our products in accordance with the intended license and avoid any confusion.

Can I edit the templates using the Canva app from my phone?

Yes, you are able to edit the templates from the phone app. However, before starting you need to first open them from your computer. Once you click the link from the .pdf it will automatically make a copy of the templates in your Canva account. This needs to be done from the computer but then you will have them in your account and will be able to use them from your phone as well.
