Gift wrapping and packaging

Lots of the boxes I use are recycled, and so is (some) of the packaging material. I do NOT offer gift wrap. Much as I love using bows, ribbon, and pretty paper to wrap gifts; vintage items usually need lots of padding. This would necessitate double boxing items, and therefore, much higher shipping costs. And besides, don't you want to see the item before giving it away? :-) I pack very well, but In the rare event that your order arrives DAMAGED, please contact me immediately. Take photos of the packing, box, and the item and send me copies, via email or convo. In the event of a damaged or lost item, you will receive your refund AFTER providing any and all documents or items needed by me, the post office and/or insurance company. Thanks!

Custom and personalized orders

Looking for something in particular? Ask me! I always have lots of stuff not yet listed, and I will be happy to send you pictures and/or set up a custom listing. If I don't have what you want, and if you like: I will be happy to keep my eyeballs peeled for it.

Since I can only ship to the address that you provide, PLEASE, PLEASE, check that it is correct! I do not refund for Items shipped to a CUSTOMER PROVIDED incorrect address! If the package is eventually returned to me, I will refund the purchase price only. Packages returned to me (after being held at a post office and never claimed by buyer) will be treated in the same manner.

Even though I sell only to the USA, I will never use your name, address or email address for anything other than your order. To protect us both, all communication will be done through Etsy's convo system. Just so you know!

If you purchase more than one item, I am happy to combine shipping: when applicable. Some items just do not "Play Nice" when shipped together! My concern is to have your items arrive safe and sound, whether together or separately.
