How can I send you the wording I would like on the card? Please put all the details in the personalisation box when ordering or, either put a message and save it in the note to seller box when placing your order, or you can go to conversations / send seller a message and just send me a quick convo with your requirements.

How long will it take to make and dispatch my card? All UK orders are posted 1st class within 1 working day. Orders placed over the weekend are posted Monday (allowing for Bank Holidays).

What happens if I need to cancel the order or have an issue with my card? In the unlikely event you need to cancel an order or have an issue with the card you have received I am more than happy to offer a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates. 1st class post should normally take 1-2 working days. However on occasion Royal Mail can take longer, therefore please allow plenty of time for your card to reach you.

You will receive a 6"x6" premium quality 300gsm smooth white card and white envelope. All cards are packaged in a protective cellophane wrapper and sent to you in a 'DO NOT BEND' board backed envelope for protection.

The card is blank on the inside, however please let me know if you would like any wording on the inside of the card and I will add this for you.

To personalise the card, please leave the grandparents and baby name in the personalisation box.

If you need any additional personalisation or changes please don't hesitate to ask and I'll try my best to accommodate!
