BoxMate makes it easy to build strong, accurate drawers and cabinets using standard nominal lumber from your local hardware store – like 1x4, 1x6, 1x8, or 1x10.

👉 Using 1x6 lumber (5½" wide)? Choose the 1x6 BoxMate for perfect, symmetrical finger joints.
📏 Thickness is flexible – BoxMate works with materials between 5–32 mm (¼" to 1¼"). It’s the width that determines which jig you need.

🔧 Required Tools for Accurate Results
To ensure a tight, flawless fit, use:
✔️ 1/2" (12.7 mm) guide bushing (not included)
✔️ 3/8" (9.525 mm) straight router bit (not included)
Using different sizes will affect the precision of the joint.
