You and your company take pride in what you do and genuinely want to provide 100% customer satisfaction. This gift might be a little sad at first for the person receiving it. Thinking of this, I tracked the delivery and was fortunate to be on the phone with the recipient when she opened it. It was a very emotional moment that ended with laughs and memories of our loved one. After the initial emotion, this is really a beautiful and therapeutic notebook. Thank you.

The Seller was so kind in suggesting changes and providing a preview of the item before production. She understood this was a difficult time for my friends who miscarried. This will be something they can treasure as their journey through this difficult time together and hourly share their wishes with their little one in heaven.
