Production time for items is 2-6 weeks. If you have an urgent order, please inform us before placing the order, and we can advise you on the possibility of expediting your order. This will prioritize your order and fulfill it as soon as possible. However, this service requires an additional fee. Standard delivery (after production): Europe - 1-5 business days, USA and Canada - 15-20 business days, Australia, New Zealand, and remote regions - 15-21 business days.

IF THE DRESS DOESN’T FIT? WHAT TO DO? POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS.

If you are unsure whether this dress design will suit you, try on a similar dress at a local salon to be confident in your design choice. All our items are tailored to individual orders and customer preferences. Your task is to accurately take all measurements according to the instructions - in this case, the garment will fit perfectly. Sometimes, you may need to contact a local tailor to make necessary alterations. Even dresses purchased at offline salons may need to be adjusted to fit your figure. Please note that ordered items are not eligible for return/exchange, as they are individually tailored for each customer, and we cannot sell them to another customer. However, we will do everything possible to ensure that your dress fits perfect

We believe in our products and are confident that you will not have to cancel your order. Please be careful - we DO NOT accept cancellations after production has started, we purchase fabrics immediately after you give us all the measurements and start sewing very quickly to make orders in time.

SHIPPING WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION. IMPORTANT!

If you didn't answer our order confirmation and didn't give us all needed measurements for sewing your order, after 36 hours of waiting we will start sewing standard sizes because we need to ship it in time according to Etsy rules and also avoid shipping delays. Make sure you receive your order confirmation and answer all our questions about your order.

We ensure all parcels come with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. You can also find the tracking number in your ETSY account. We kindly request you to take a moment to track your parcel, as there have been cases where parcels awaited at the post office for 30 days before being returned. Please keep an eye on your official city post or contact us if your order doesn't arrive after standard delivery. Your proactive tracking helps us ensure a smooth delivery process.
