Shipping was noted at 3-4 weeks, but I received my order much earlier. Why?

The 3-4 week turnaround time ensures time needed to accommodate order volume, supply concerns, and any unexpected occurrences. While we have a 3-4 week turnaround, we are continually working to ship orders sooner and often are able to complete pens ahead of schedule so if possible, your order may ship sooner than expected.

Can I feel the vinyl from the decal?

No. After the decal is applied, a final coat of epoxy is applied to seal the decal and you can no longer feel the decal.

What ink refills do I need for these pens?

Generally most gel ink refills have worked in the PaperMate Ink Joy pens. I primarily use Arteza and Pentel brands, both are available online through various retailors. As supply is available, Arteza brand black and blue refills are available from TeddeGrams.

Do you offer rush processing?

Due to the nature of hand making each pen and ensuring the best craftmanship, rush processing during the making process is not possible. However, I always try to work ahead and have glittered pens ready, thus I may be able to complete a pen earlier than the expected ship by date. If you have a date you need your order by that is sooner than the expected ship by date, feel free to message me so I can let you know if I can accommodate your timeline needs.

What can I personalize a pen with?

FACEPLATE:
• Measures approximately 1.4" circle.
• Made from high quality acrylic with a permanent design that will not fade, peel, or chip. Can easily be cleaned as needed with a wet cloth.

REEL OPTIONS:
• Belt Clip: This reel extends up to 28 inches and is best used to clip on a belt, pocket, or apron top. The face of the badge reel is ~1.4 inches in diameter.
• Alligator Clip: This reel extends up to 23 inches and is very versatile with the ability to clip on any shirt, apron, pocket, belt loop, etc.. The alligator clip does swivel, adding to its versatility and the face of the badge reel is ~1.4 inches in diameter.

SHIPPING:
• All badge reels are shipped First Class USPS with an option to upgrade shipping during checkout to Priority USPS. Shipping Priority does include $50 insurance in the event your package is lost or damaged during transit. All shipping options include tracking.
• We are dedicated to ensuring your order is shipped as quickly as possible, in the designated time frame, and with appropriate cushion to ensure safe transport. Once the USPS has accepted your package for transport, TeddeGrams is not responsible for any delays, damage, or missing packages that may occur during transport. Should a package be lost in the mail or arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS office immediately to resolve any concerns.

CARE:
• Use a lint free or wet cloth to clean the acrylic faceplate.
• The retractable badge reel hardware is designed to accommodate 1-2 badges and be used with care. Placing multiple badges on the reel and/or extending the reel to the maximum length will increase the potential for malfunction. TeddeGrams is not responsible for reel damage due to improper use or normal wear/tear, and will guarantee reel hardware for 14 days.
