Do you offer fonts not shown?

Yes! I have access to MANY fonts. If you have a font that you like, please message me.

What is your turnaround time?

I fulfill order requests in the order I receive them and do my best to have it in the mail by the next day or two.

I offer proofs by request only. If you would like to see a proof before I ship, please include that request in the notes section. I will wait 24 hours for you to approve your proof; if I do not receive a response, the item will be mailed as-is.

Will I be able to track my item?

Free shipping does not include tracking information; they will be shipped in a standard letter envelope (old school!). The number you are sent is a delivery receipt provided by Etsy not a tracking number. To see delivery updates, please use Etsy. Items may be marked by USPS as delivered before it is actually delivered; please allow the full delivery window time-frame to receive your item.

ABOUT
-Each pin is designed by me, printed at home, cut, and pressed one-by one!
-There are three different floral arrangements to choose from.
-I inspect each pin to make sure they are perfect.
-Size offered is 2.25" - 1.25" not recommended as image will be too small. Please see photos for examples.
-The back is safety pin style.

ORDERING
-Select the button type from the drop down.
-Then, select the arrangement option (please see options in photos)
-Select quantity.
-Continue to add pins to your shopping cart until desired quantity is reached so when you checkout, all pins are in ONE order.

CUSTOM ORDERS
-If you have a custom pin, please include a description of what you would like the pin to say, i.e. "Baba" or "Grammy"
-If you are requesting any modifications to a pin, (additional text, font, color) it falls under a custom order.
