This was my 2nd time ordering this item and I still 100% recommend. I ordered my husband a shirt and loved it so much I wanted one for myself. When I ordered the 1st, I had a feeling I'd want my own after seeing the proof from Eathan. I asked if he'd save the photo files so I could order one for myself and he did! Once my husband's came in, I knew I needed one! I was stuck between patterns, so Ethan showed me proofs of all the patterns I liked and to help me pick! Ethan always replied quickily. The shipping was pretty quick, so no complaints there. I ordered a woman's XL shirt and I usually wear XL shirts. It runs a little large, but I prefer that because I don't like tight fitted clothing. The shirt was a little thicker than I expected when I compare it to my husband's Hawaiian shirts but I don't mind that. I love the shirt!

I order a men's shirt for my husband and it's amazing! I even loved it so much I ordered my own in a different pattern! Customer service is fantastic and Ethan replylied within a day or less. I supplied 9 or 10 images of our dog and half of them were blurry becasue he was in motion/being goofy. Ethan asked he could exclude images with poor lighting or that are blurry. I told him we really wanted those images because that was part of the reason we love them so much. Ethan totally understand and made it work! Ethan supplied proofs before creating, which was the reason I chose to order from from him. the quality of the shirt is nice, though it's a little thicker than other Hawaiian shirts my husband has. The shirt runs a little large, but I ordered an 2XL for my husband, which is his normal size, and it still fits him well.
