When will my order ship?

Within a few days, most often. Check your receipt for your expected ship date. Normal processing time is 2 to 4 business days. During sale events, processing time might be extended to 1 to 2 weeks.

Can I customize this?

Yes and no. If you want a whole sheet of one existing design, that can almost always be accommodated. I can't change color, size, or wording due to the amount of time required. If you want a custom sheet (i.e., a full sheet of an existing design), please leave me a note in the comments to seller. Please note that this request may require additional processing time. No customizations of any kind can be accepted during a sale.

Whoops! Address is wrong. Can I change it?

Send me a convo, and I will do my best to change the shipping address for you. You will need to include the order number with any request, and please note that orders with a requested change in address cannot be returned or refunded.

How about returns, refunds, and exchanges?

If you got your order and something is wrong (i.e., miscut or some other mistake that made it through QC), please contact me as soon as you notice it -- it's most likely an easy thing to fix. Please note pictures and descriptions to get a good idea of what to expect -- if you aren't sure about the size or color, feel free to ask me to clarify.

What kind of paper do you use?

Everything in my shop is printed on premium matte paper. It has a smooth luxe feel and you can use any pen you love.

Do you ship internationally?

All stickers are available to ship outside of the United States. At this time, the cost of shipping notepads makes it cost-prohibitive to ship them outside of the United States.
