If you have a frame in mind and need the design in any other dimensions please contact me with these dimensions and we can set it up for you. There will be no additional cost. I provide only 1 resize per listing (ex. If purchasing gallery set, I provide only ONE resize for ONE design). Current turn around time for resize requests is 1-2 business days. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE FILES?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases". Next to the order, select Download Files. ➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page.

Online printing services include: • Mpix.com • Simplyframed.com • Canvashq.com While you can also print at local copy centers like Staples, Walgreens, etc., print quality varies. I highly recommend a professional online print service. If using a home printer, color outcome/quality will vary. *I am unable to offer any assistance with home printing due to the variety of home printers Send only files to print services - not links.

WHERE CAN I FIND FRAMES?

The frames used in our shop listings are product photos, and are not physical frames that are sold. For affordable, modern frames check out: • Ikea • Urban Outfitters • Target • H&M Home For custom printing and framing services Simply Framed offers both, visit them at simplyframed.com.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO I USE?

A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is a perfect budget friendly choice. Premium archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture will result in a more authentic photography reproduction.

HOW LARGE CAN I PRINT MY FILES?

Our prints are all high resolution and can be scaled up to around 24x36 inches. If you're wanting to scale something up larger, please inquire first. Large format printing for items like posters and billboards does not usually require 300 dpi. Generally 100-150 dpi is a good standard for large format images, as they are viewed from a distance. Our high resolution files are between 3500-6000 pixels wide, so large enough to be scaled between 35-60 inches.

CAN I SHARE ARTWORK WITH FRIENDS?

We are happy for you to print copies of your purchased art prints to gift to your close family or friends. However, any sharing of files, or distribution of our prints for sale on a commercial basis is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to use, share or distribute or reproduce our files for commercial use or resale in any form. You are not permitted to use files to edit or make changes to then in turn use for commercial use or resale in any form.
