• With supports removed to the best of my ability

Because of the way resin printing works, you may see:
• Small marks where supports were attached
• Occasional tiny bumps, lines, or surface imperfections

These are normal for resin prints and can usually be cleaned up with a bit of hobby work:
• Light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper or sanding sticks (wet sanding works best)
• Gentle scraping or trimming of any remaining support nubs with a hobby knife

Many models will ship in multiple pieces to protect thin or delicate parts and to make painting easier. Assembly is usually straightforward:
• Test-fit all parts before gluing
• Use super glue or another resin-safe adhesive
• Hold pieces in place for a few seconds to set

Packaging & Shipping
Your miniature will be carefully packaged with protective padding to help it arrive safely.
• Delicate pieces may be wrapped separately
• Larger or more fragile models may be shipped in multiple parts to reduce the risk of damage in transit

Returns & Replacements
I stand by the quality of my prints. If your item arrives with significant damage or obvious printing defects, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

I’ll work with you on a solution, which may include:
• A replacement / reprint
• Or another reasonable resolution depending on what happened during shipping

Resin & Painting Info
All minis are printed in ABS-like grey resin chosen for:
• Good detail and durability
• A smooth surface that takes primer and paint well

For best results:
• Wash with warm, soapy water and let dry completely before priming
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat
• Handle small or thin parts carefully, as they can be fragile
