Handcrafted from high quality solid oak wood, this elegant memento is designed to endure. Designed for day-to-day use, our keyrings are handcrafted and hand engraved from planed all round oak wood. Our keyrings are durable with a smooth, elegant wood grain and finished with a long-lasting protective varnish to guard against general use.

All our wood products are environmentally friendly and sourced from sustainably managed forests.

PERSONALISE YOUR ORDER
If you would like to personalise your order, just leave a note to seller at checkout with your chosen personalised text. If you would like to see a design proof of your personalisation before we make the item, please include that request also. Design proofs are provided within 1-2 business days of a purchase.

GIFT WRAPPING
If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, please select the gift wrap option with your order. We can also add a personalised note on parchment paper to the recipient - if you would like this added just leave details of the message you would like to add in the 'note to seller' section at checkout.

RETURN POLICY:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for non personalised/custom items. To return an item:
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that all items are handmade to order so, whilst items are made to resemble both the description and listing images closely, there may be slight variations which add to the character and individuality of each unique item!
