❖ All our designs are DTF prints, employing a process called Direct to Film, which transfers prints onto fabric using a heat-press mechanism.
❖ Ordering Steps:

➢ If necessary, accurately specify design details in the personalization box as specific ed.
➢ Add additional items by returning to step 1 if needed.
➢ Complete your order by entering payment and shipping information.

➢ Regular Unisex T-shirt, Youth shirt, Toddler shirt:
❖ material varies based on color, mostly all shirts are cotton and poly blended.

❖ Care Instructions:
➢ Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, avoid bleach and dry cleaning, and refrain from ironing directly on the design.
❖ Returns and Exchanges:
➢ Unless items arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges as each item is made-to-order.
❖ Production and Shipping:
➢ Processing time for shirts is currently 3 business days. We do our best to ship earliest in time.
➢ Refunds or exchanges are not offered as each item is specific call made per order.
➢ Contact us for any design modify cations before placing your order to avoid complications, if you do not ask and request before placing order we are not responsible if the request is not done.

➢ We do not have authority to track packages once they leave the US, so tracking will be provided by your local carrier.
