Only standard-size dresses ordered without any custom modifications or alterations are eligible for return in 7 days after receiving. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, new, and unused condition, any signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, stains, odors, or any other evidence of use. The item must be returned in its original packaging. - 7 days for refund - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. - A fixed $100 return fee will be applied to all eligible returns - Rush fees are non-refundable. - Return shipping expenses, as well as any import and customs duties, are non-reimbursable under any circumstances.

REFOUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

There is no refund for items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession, unclaimed parcels or delivered to a wrong address by buyer's fault. This includes issues related to non-existent addresses, undeliverable shipments, unpaid duties, taxes, or confiscation by customs. Check the delivery address you gave the seller, to make sure it's correct. No cancellation may be made after payment is applied. If the customer cancels made-to-order item after production's begun, we'll deduct 30% of the item cost.
