Non-customized items can be shipped within 1-2 business days and then within a week to reach you. Customized items take 3-5 business days before shipping and then within a week to reach you. For all international orders: delivery can take 5-14 business days. We also offer express shipping. You can choose this option during check out. In this case the whole process will take 2-4 business days. Please put a note in the note to seller when you need to have it, so I can see it on my end.

Non-customized items: hand wash or wash on gentle cycle with like colors in cold water. Customized items: hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Hang or line dry. Wash white separately. Iron or steam with a low heat. Do not iron directly on customization.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on NON-customized items only. You should contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery in original condition/ packaging. Refund for PJ's minus the shop's original shipping cost incurred, will be issued once we receive them back. Buyers responsible for all shipping costs. Customized/personalized items with names, initials, tittles, etc could not be returned or exchanged. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
