Unfortunately the horse bag charm doesn't meet what I expected. The pattern isn't double-sided and even looked a bit ugly. I was expected the horse was bulged but it is flat.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the charm didn’t meet your expectations. The horse is filled with foam rubber to give it a convex shape, just as shown in the listing photos. The saddle design is painted by hand on the front side only. There’s no pattern on the back, as this helps keep the charm more affordable. I always strive to create pieces that bring joy, and I truly appreciate your thoughts. I will take into account the need to add a photo of the backside.
