Description

Important timing note: I will be going out of the country for 3 weeks at Christmas time. If your event is Dec, Jan or early Feb, it is important that you order no later than mid-October. My store will be closed while I am away. Hand crafted, custom wedding invitations to announce your special day!

This listing is for a non-customized sample to be sent to you. If you move forward with an order, I will refund you the price of the sample. Please select all options that you need samples of.

The sample will not be customized to your colors or your event but is for you to see the quality only. If you would like to order invites from me, please convo me and I will set up a separate listing for you based on your needs. 10% down is required for me to start the design of your invite. Once we have agreed on a design, I will email you a picture of one complete set. I want you to be completely happy so nothing else will be charged until the invite looks exactly as you want it. Upon your approval, the rest of the payment will be due before I start making the complete order.

Everything is completely customizable – verbiage on invite and RSVP, font, colors of paper and ribbon, colors of ink around edges. You can pick everything or let me help design something based on the style of your wedding.

Since everything is customizable, the time it takes to get a final design is dependent on how quickly I get approvals to move forward. It will take 2-3 days to get your first proof to you. Once a final design is approved, it takes approx 4-5 weeks to put everything together and then approx 1 week for shipping (give or take a few days). If you need a rush order, please let me know and I will try to accommodate it.

All invite orders will be customized just for you. No refunds or returns apply to custom orders. For additional Policy Information, please click the Policy Tab.

Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of a custom listing that has been created for you or your listing will be canceled and your production time will be released in the schedule.

Returns & exchanges

As each order is custom made for you, I can not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged in shipment. You will always receive an email from me with an image of your final product before I ship it. If you are not satisfied with it at that time, I will work with you to come up with a resolution.

Refunds are not given on down payments for invite orders if you decide you do not want to move forward after the design process has started. That cost covers my time investment into the design of your invite.

I take great care in wrapping your product so that no damage occurs in shipping. If it does, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the product. I will work with you to get a replacement sent out or refund if your event timing is too tight to replace it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me immediately. I usually begin working on your order within a day. My policies on cancellation are as follows:
- If your custom order has not been designed for you yet - a full refund will apply.
- If your custom order has been designed but is not yet in production - a 75% refund will apply (except for down payments on invite orders, which are not refundable if I have sent you designs)
- If your custom order is designed and in production, no refunds are provided.

Shipping policies

I ship via USPS. You will receive a shipment tracking number on all of my items (with the exception of the sample invites).

For the 48 contiguous US states, please allow at least 1-2 weeks after you have recieved shipping notification for your order to arrive. For Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 4-5 weeks.

For international, I can not estimate a delivery time due to various timing to get through customs.

If you need expedited shipping, please let me know and I will set up a separate listing for you with additional shipping costs.

Additional policies

Once I have all the necessary info (fonts, colors, style, etc) and you have approved the design, I will start production of the items when payment is received. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after that. If you need a rush order, let me know. If I am not busy, I will do everything possible to meet your deadline.

I love custom design requests! If you like the style of one of my items but want different elements or different wording, please let me know.
